PLUM is the result of a collaboration with the Natural History Museum of Nantes and the noise rock band: KubE (Kréation unik bruitik Expérience), led by the association Artis Facta, with the support of Emmanuel Aubret, a specialized educator, and Sophie Frabolot, a speech therapist.
It is an electronic musical instrument connected in MIDI and coupled with augmented reality. It functions according to the manipulation of"feathers". Each "feather" manipulated, delivers a note and an animation in augmented reality.
The musical instrument coupled with its augmented reality projection allows the musician to compose a performance that is as much musical as it is visual. Like the peacock bird, the user then proposes a sensory and sensational show.
This project was exibited at the Nantes museum of natural history.
